Open to all ages and abilities. This group yoga session is designed to enhance flexibility, build strength, and cultivate mindfulness through a flowing sequence of poses. Participants will connect breath with movement, find balance between effort and ease, and leave feeling centered and refreshed.

Open to all ages and abilities. This Aqua Zumba session combines the energizing rhythm of Zumba with the refreshing and low-impact environment of the pool. Participants will enjoy a high-energy workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and flexibility while having a blast in the water.

Splash is an aquatics based cardiovascular and muscle toning workout. We alternate between fun cardio bursts and resistance training segments that use the Silver Sneakers foam board.

Silver Sneakers Yoga is a gentle and relaxing practice done either sitting or standing. During each class, we will stretch all of the muscle groups and work on releasing tension and tightness while promoting relaxation and inner peace.

Open to all ages and abilities. This Body Strength class is designed to enhance overall muscle strength, endurance, and functional fitness using bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment. Participants will engage in a full-body workout that improves muscle tone, balance, and stability.

Forever Fit is a light to medium intensity class that is a combination of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. We use light hand weights and our body weight to build strength and stamina. We end each class with a relaxing full body stretch. This class is done either standing up or seated in a chair.

Open to all ages and abilities! Strength with Grace includes both standing and seated cardio exercises to boost cardiovascular health, along with balance and strength training. The strength training component uses weights and resistance bands to build muscle and enhance overall strength.

Participants will experience a dynamic ride with varying intensities, guided by motivating music and effective coaching. This class is 1 hour in duration.

Participants will experience a dynamic ride with varying intensities, guided by motivating music and effective coaching. This class is 45 minutes in duration.

Participants will engage in a dynamic session featuring a variety of exercises designed to improve overall fitness and functional performance.

The Aqua Body Strong class utilizes body boards to provide a dynamic, challenging workout that enhances core strength, balance, and overall fitness. Participants will engage in various exercises that leverage the buoyancy and resistance of the water to maximize workout effectiveness.

This fun and energetic dance class is designed for kids aged 5–18, focusing on movement, creativity, and confidence. Participants will learn a variety of dance styles!

SilverFit is a low-impact class blending cardio, weights and plenty of smiles! Choose your challenge with adjustable weights and enjoy a workout that boosts strength, hand-eye coordination. You’ll leave feeling stronger, energized and ready to groove!
Personal Training
For $35 an hour, you get individualized programs and nutritional advice from our Fitness Manager, Kristeana Sasser. She has experience as an LPN for 15 years, and also plenty of experience in Body Building, Functional Training, Core Strength, Mobility and Post-Op Recovery. Kristeana is a former D1 athlete, and Kru (second degree black belt) Muay Thai. She is an ISSA Certified Trainer.
